Annual General Meeting 2010

The 2010 Annual General Meeting of Axel Springer AG was held on Friday, April 23, 2010 in Berlin.

Representing 82.7% of the share capital, the ordinary Annual General Meeting of Axel Springer AG agreed with 99.99% upon the proposal of the Supervisory and the Management Board to distribute a dividend of € 4.40 per qualifying share for the fiscal year 2009.
