Axel Springer Direkt looks after the subscribers, readers and advertising customers of regional and national media.

Founded in the fall of 1998, Axel Springer Direkt today offers round-the-clock service in direct customer care for newspapers, magazines and television stations as well as a platform for concrete, customer-orientated marketing.

State-of-the-art CTI technology, call center organization and qualified employees make the improvement and standardization of service quality possible: Axel Springer Direkt works predominantly with salaried employees, who have completed an extensive publisher’s vocational training course and in part with long experience in the care of subscribers and advertisers. Continuous further training, documented processes for customer care, and quality assurance management ensure a constant high and individual customer contact quality.

Axel Springer Direkt offers both technological support for the development of new market potential, for example with the integration of Internet, telephone and publishers’ application systems, as well as support in the carrying out of outbound campaigns.
