We want you to feel at home from the word go and come on board both quickly and efficiently.

That is why before your first working day you receive important information concerning our media company and your workplace as an orientation guide:
With a welcome pack you have the opportunity to find out interesting facts about your new company.

In addition you will be accompanied by a mentor from the very first day. This will be a colleague from your department, who will support you and introduce you into the informal networks. Your mentor is your individual contact person for any questions which may arise in your everyday working life.

The onboarding program is rounded off with a seminar especially designed for you on “consolidated media knowledge”.
