The Axel Springer Media Campus develops talented salespeople in a 14-month program. Above all we are looking for talent, a readiness to learn and motivation. We are investing in the innovative training of junior employees in advertising sales as well as the development of young talent in our internal advertising departments.
Participants get to know the central specialist departments as well as the regional sales offices. While doing so they work both in classical advertising sales as well as in cross-media campaigns. In addition they gain first-hand experience in the marketing and advertising departments and are consequently comprehensively trained. In specifically designed series of seminars and workshops they are equipped with the specialist and methodical tools for their careers. Among other things they at the same time get to know the psychological, business and organizational foundations of selling. In a final project they plan and work on the conducting of a marketing or sales project.
The program stands out in particular due to the individual planning required from each participant along with the guiding concept of “learning by doing”. Furthermore they se leare given impulse lectures by top-flight specialists. This makes the Axel Springer Media Campus a unique springboard for your career as a Best Seller!
It is important that you have basic sales experience. Creativity and complete customer orientation are part of your vocabulary. In addition you should be able to think entrepreneurially, be good with numbers and flexible. An interest in business related issues is advantageous.
