Healthy back

Is your posture correct? How healthy is your back? Anyone who wanted to do so had the opportunity to find out during the 2004 health management campaign: All Axel Springer AG employees were invited to test their muscular system following specialist consultation and with the aid of computer supported measurement technology from the field of sports medicine.

The examination was supplemented by an information forum on the subject of backs, at which qualified local providers of health-promoting services were able to introduce themselves. Back training exercises could be tried out and practised in courses with expert guidance.
