Learning as personal growth

Axel Springer AG supports the initiative of employees who want to acquire additional in-service qualifications and are prepared to take on new professional challenges – and that at all levels.

Regular advanced vocational training is demanded and encouraged at Axel Springer.

Within the framework of in-service advanced vocational training company staff can qualify to be e.g. state certified Publishing Business Administrators and Media Business Administrators (IHK), Masters of Communications Management (Kommunikationsakademie Hamburg) Business Administrators for Direct Marketing (Deutsche Dialogmarketing Verband) or as Foreman Printers.

Our qualification program for assistants, secretaries and staff members involved in commercial-administrative activities comprises among other things advanced vocational training to become certified Management Assistants (Akademie für Sekretariat-Assistenz-Kommunikation e.V.).

Our managers and junior executives are supported through selected MBA Programs. Moreover we make it possible for them to participate in seminars at top business schools at home and abroad.
