Networking beyond company boundaries

As the first media organization Axel Springer AG has been a member of the Women in the Economy Forum since 1999. This Forum is currently made up of equality of opportunity representatives and diversity managers from 20 well-known major German companies. At regular meetings they exchange experience, support each other in the implementation of common goals, work out strategies together and pass on their know-how in the field of Equal Opportunities and Diversity Management.

In 2005 Axel Springer AG was awarded the Special Prize in the “Success Factor Family 2005” competition for its cooperation with other major companies within the framework of the “Women in the Economy” Forum.
