Nutrition and exercise

How important a vitamin-rich and balanced diet as well as relaxation and exercise are for your daily health at work will be conveyed by the numerous health management campaigns in 2008.

In co-operation with our subsidiary PACE Paparazzi Catering & Event GmbH and the company health insurance plan Axel Springer BKK, the company offers among other things lectures from “Conscious Nutrition and Exercise”, “Brief Relaxation” through to “Business Qigong” for all employees. Besides particularly vitamin-rich selections in the staff restaurants, there are workshops on Wellness and Wholefood, Preparing Sushi, Organic Products and light Christmas fare.

In addition to issuing health certificates, the company health insurance plan Axel Springer BKK will in 2008 once again be offering services for the prevention of intestinal cancer, influenza vaccinations and massages.
