The goal of successful stress management is to reach a balance between tension and relaxation, as this is decisive for wellbeing and health. In the 2006 campaign our colleagues had the opportunity to have their personal stress levels measured.
To do this, a special software program created a so-called CardioScan®, which is a three-dimensional image of the psychological and physical strain on the heart. With the aid of the personal image, a team of experts explained the results and answered colleagues’ questions.
In addition they were given information on the subject of stress management and were able to try out relaxation techniques in mini-courses.
