Take a look behind the scenes

Get to know one of the leading European media enterprises and try out your theoretical knowledge with professional experience! At Axel Springer AG, we offer students of all disciplines interesting and diverse jobs in the Publishing or Technology business areas.

As an intern you will be integrated into the fascinating daily business of the area of your choice for a period of between two and six months, during which time you will take on your own projects. While doing this you are gaining work experience in Germany's most creative and profitable major publishing house and collecting valuable experience for your future career.

Your qualifications

You are already matriculated at a university or require proof of a pre-study internship for admission to a university? You have already proven your competence and your dedication in initial projects? You have shown that you can perform well both in your studies as well as outside university, and have a distinct interest in the media world? Creativity, independence and dedication are part of your vocabulary and you look forward to taking on responsibility? Then this is just the place for you! If your profile is rounded off with a good knowledge of English and the ability to work in a team, then apply now!

Unfortunately graduates cannot be taken into consideration when allocating internship workplaces.

Your opportunities

So that you can become thoroughly acquainted with the company, we organize regular intern meetings for you, in which employees from different areas of the company present their jobs. This can also be used as an opportunity to get to know the other interns and establish networks.

After completion of the internship many of our interns stay on at Axel Springer – as a student assistant, as a trainee or in order to write their dissertation while working for us.
