Transfer of knowledge as give and take

With our Mentoring Program we support young employees in specialist and management positions. Within the framework of the Program, junior employees have the opportunity to receive support and advice in their vocational and personal development from experienced executives over a period of twelve months.
One Junior Executive and one Manager such as Annette Krause and Jochen Beckmann work in tandem during Mentoring.

One Junior Executive (Mentee) and one Manager (Mentor) respectively – as a rule from different sectors – work together in tandem during Mentoring. The Mentors are required to provide specialist guidance, feedback on the personal behavior and appearance of the Mentee, as well as an introduction into formal and informal networks.

It is not only the Mentees who profit from this. The Mentors also have the opportunity to hear fresh ideas and receive stimuli from the junior employees and to reflect upon their own work.

Both Mentors and Mentees feel that the Program is very advantageous for their personal development, their everyday professional life and the company.
