Axel Springer is committed to always providing comprehensive, timely – and simultaneously – and consistent information on the significant events and developments relevant to an evaluation of the company’s present and future business performance to all capital market participants. Reporting on the business situation and Group results is presented in its annual report, at its annual financial statements press conference, and in its quarterly reports. For this purpose, the company also uses Internet communication channels whenever possible. Axel Springer also regularly participates in conferences and roadshows in key international financial centers. To the extent required by law, the company also provides information in the form of ad-hoc announcements and press releases, and on the company’s website.

In order to ensure equal treatment of all capital market participants, Axel Springer also publishes information relevant to the capital markets simultaneously in the German and English languages on the company’s Internet page. Financial reporting dates are published in the financial calendar with sufficient advance notice. Immediately upon receiving the corresponding notices, the company publishes changes in the composition of the shareholder structure that are subject to the reporting obligation according to Section 26 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz, WpHG), and on the purchase and sale of shares by persons who exercise management duties at Axel Springer (directors’ dealings), in accordance with Section 15 a WpHG.
