As Head of the Logistics & Services Division, Dr. Markus Günther and his deputies, Eva Deininger and Marc Schneider, concern themselves with the sustainability aspects of the delivery of newspapers and magazines – from the printers to the kiosk and to the reader at home.

Axel Springer transports about 314,000 tons of press products in Germany annually from a total of eleven company and external newspaper and ten magazine printers to its readers at home and abroad. The period of time between the receipt of the printed newspaper and its delivery to the customer is of crucial importance. More than 40 million readers await our products on time early in the morning on the day of publication.
