Young professionals meet top management

Every year since 2003, Human Resources Development has organized a large-scale junior staff convention for approximately 150 Young Professionals from the company. The participants are nominated for the event by the managers. During the convention they work in cross-location and cross-departmental teams on projects, and thereby have the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities, make contacts and discuss the results of their work with the company’s board members and managers.
