The Junior Executive Program is a management trainee program which is positioned close to the Executive Board. Aimed at Young Professionals with 2 to 3 years vocational experience, it is looked after by the Head of Human Resources Development.
Structured as a general management program, it comprises assignments and projects both in the operative areas as well as in central departments. The program is rounded off by modular seminars and intensive networking. A mentoring program provides them with specialist input and qualified feedback. The program lasts for a maximum of 18 months. Young Professionals from other industries, who are qualified for top-flight specialist and management positions, should also be assisted by the support within the Junior Executive Program.
