“Management Assistant in Digital and Print Media” is the newly introduced designation of occupation for Publishing Assistants. It is not only the name that has changed, but also the job description: A wide range of products requires the Management Assistants to have knowledge of the print products and yet also to know about the fields of New Media.
Alongside the specialist qualifications, training should cover skills which cross the fields of work, including e.g. skills in project management as well as moderation and presentation techniques.
